For purchases made with Clu digital currency, refunds will be processed in Clu currency at the current exchange rate. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the request being received and approved by our team.

For purchases made with traditional currency, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the request being received and approved by our team.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for digital content that has been downloaded or accessed, as this is considered a service that has been provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that we deem to be fraudulent or abusive. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time without prior notice.
